Kelly Daugherty Memorial Bowl-a-Thon
Sept. 9, 2009

Cherry Grove Lanes in Clermont County Ohio was the site for the 3-hour Kelly Daugherty Memorial Bowl-a-Thon that included a raffle and a silent auction. Everyone had a lot of fun; the 21 sponsors were a tremendous help in making the event successful.  Ron Daugherty, Kelly’s brother, found the bowling ball that Kelly used to bowl his first 300 point game (Kelly had 5) and, had Kelly’s best friend, Gary Conn, close out the event by throwing this ball down the lane for the last time.  “Of course, it strikes – letting me know that Kelly was there and liked what we were doing”, stated Ron Daugherty.
