Kirschman's Thanking the Givers Event
November 26, 2002

Aneurysm Outreach Inc. was one of twenty-one non-profit organizations in the Baton Rouge area that received special recognition for community service. Scott Rogers and Kellee Hennessy, WAFB TV personalities, served as master and mistress of ceremony and Mayor Bobby Simpson presented a certificate of appreciation as well as a donation from Kirschman to each of the twenty-one participants.

In addition to acknowledging Ms. Arrington and the Aneurysm Outreach Board of Directors who were present, Mrs. Helen Z. Twal was recognized by Mayor Simpson as the Aneurysm Outreach Inc. Outstanding Volunteer. Mrs. Twal has played a vital role in coordinating all quarterly abdominal aortic aneurysm screening programs.

Mr. Mark Wilbanks, another outstanding volunteer who serves as AOI’s webmaster, doubled as a photographer for this event.
